How to Check Request Status?

1. Citizen user must enter email address and Ticket number then click on Submit to retrieve status.

1. An access link is sent to the email address

1. Tickets status displayed in the Basic Ticket Information

2. Ticket information appears in the main body of page or through View Ticket Thread

3. Citizen user can Create an account or Sign In to see the history of all Tickets the Citizen user has submitted

4. Citizen user can print ticket
